I am suffering from Gerd for the last 2months. Today I visited Gasentrologist and he prescribed me Gerd medicines including ezeepam plus for sleep disorder. My question is how to take ezeepam plus?Shall I have to take it with water or keep on tongue.I forget to ask my Doctor. please help me.

I am feeling light headed always, I am using warfarin tablet from 3 months, what could be the reason ? At this critical situation should I need to go hospital for checking ?

Dear sir , i am 39 male . Happily married and father 14yrs old kid. My story is at the age 14 i had my first kiss and i feard contracting hiv i lived with that fear till i was 24 and got married and my wife tested -ve and we had a baby ! Still i t was in my mind that it must be false negative (my physco mind )! 2008 i kissed a girl while drunk  again i was afraid over kiss. She 3yrs later tested negative for hiv during her surgery again i thot false negative ? She got tested again after a year still negative ! Now in year 2017 i met my school friend at reunion she gave me a kiss on lips my feared mind started playin tricks again what if she is positive for hiv ? And i got infected and i in turn infected my wife ? both my wife and the girl tested negative this year . but i am scared to test and still think im positive even i didnt did anething what to do please suggest i loosing sleep on this !

My self 40 years old For the past 5 years I am suffering from health issues 5 have taken 3 times Echo ,2 times treadmill and 30 to 40 times ecg And also full body checkup many times And the result shows everything normal and only problem is cholesterol that is also just above border I have consulted many doctors The doctors prescribing only depression tablets and some vitamin tablets and also some doctors give cholesterol reducing tablets Still I feel chest tightness,mild chest disturbances and acidity issues and feel fear and tension Kindly give me a solution

Since 5 months the problem of sweat in my scalp and forehead. If there is no fan or AC around I feel the heat waves in my head leading to sweating. I'm observing it all day, and when I compare with my friends when they are around while hanging out they don't sweat but I do. I feel it very irritating and abnormal. I wanted to know why this is happening. And how to manage this?

Hi , I am raghu ,age 33 ,I done my MBA , due to my sister in law one marriage proposal (I  like this girl - software employee )  - was cancelled , which girl I rejected in my life and hated in my life ,i married that girl only ,due to this reason I visit neuro physician before my marriage ,due to rejected with software employee , health issues heart problem ,my wife facing acute pancreatitis problem ,gall bladder removed and we don't have children , now she is facing depression , I am using BP tablet now and cholesterol tablet ,and I am facing bipolar disorder , I am not working properly  and I am not doing job , Arguments with relatives ,if any person sledging me getting heavy headache , anger I don't say anything to anyone In this financial condition my wife facing acute pancreatitis problem ,gnyninc problem Heavy hospital expenditure ( upto now 6 lacs ) 1)In this condition my health condition is not good my I looking to give divorce 2)or individual house + job with wife So

I was a fun-loving person but after my marriage everything changed. Through its a love marriage but I don't feel love between us. I feel stressed and anxious all the time, hate everything and everyone around me, like to stay alone and quite. I do care for my family husband, In-laws but I don't feel that I love anyone. I am working women and spend 10 hrs outside my home but still not happy. It's a inter religion marriage so we have religion issues also. I have tried to analyse the root coz of my stress but I fail to get the answer. I feel like crying all the time, feel so frustrated.  I left my husband's place 6 month back but now I am back bcoz of corona situation to spent time with my son. but there is no change in my husband or his lifestyle or attitude. he is still the same. please advise what I am supposed to do? I regret everyday for every decision I made. please help

Hi... I want to know that as augmentation for ocd which of the two medications I can go with. 1.. Ris ls, which is currently using from last four months, but no any major improvement. 2..aripiprazole , which is yet to be used as recommended by my psychiatrist. I'm bothering whether after using arip my symptoms won't again come back, so bit reluctant to take arip. Thanks

Hello,  I was on meds sertraline 50 and buproprion. I'm suffering from depression and anxiety since 2-3 yr so now i wanna take help of ayurveda treatment and yoga to cope up it So can i switch to herbs that help in psychological disorder and should i stop alopathic treat. Coz i think i can not continue these two simultaneously!! Plz look into this
