Bpd intensified
I have been showing signs of bpd for more than a year now, although not diagnosed by a professional. I have childhood trauma history. But the signs seem to have intensified over past one week, and are taking a toll on my daily wellbeing. What should I do?

Hello Ideally BPD can be diagnosed by a professional. It would be ideal to get in touch and speak in depth about the issues. Meanwhile it would be worthwhile to jot down a bit of your history, your issues, what you wish to address and then consult someone for the right direction.

It’s a good sign that you are having insight into your illnesses.As your symptoms are intensifying is better to treat u r problem as early as possible as if duration of untreated illness prolong u r prognosis will not be good .Take Psychiatrisit consultation and they will start on mood stabilisers and other medication.
