I am suffering from generalized anxiety disorder . Since October 2019 I am suffering from generalized anxiety disorder and I do not know the exact reason for this illness . I need help regarding this illness .

How can i make my self sleepy andd make my eyes feel comfertable and have a happy sleep at night????

Difficulty falling asleep at night. Waking up during the night. Waking up too early. Not feeling well-rested after a night's sleep.  Pricription was expired suggest the medicine replace to alprazolam and zolpidem

Lack of concentration, slowness in activity, or thoughts of suicide weight gain poor appetite or repeatedly going over thoughts agitation, excessive crying, irritability, restlessness, or social isolation Guilt hopelessness thoughts of suicide

Always fearful of getting illness that's why always feeling stressed and excessive gas in stomach making  nights sleepless. Initially I thought I have problem in heart but after consulting a doctor who tested ecg and said everything is normal, heart rate was high around 120 but he said Itwas due to stress. Since then I am afraid of having heart related problem I always feel suspicious. Now it is worsen due to sleeplessness.

I have been suggested by a doctor to buy some medicines for this ocd, panic attack problem but it isn't available can I use alternatives for that?

She is having severe anxiety attacks and is suffering from depression, I want to know, how can we help her in this

I have been diagnosed with ocd and panic attacks so I was prescribed 3medicines betagal -c 0.25, flyup 40, and nervistrong. But due to lockdown I'm not able to find these medicines and my situation is getting worse everyday I feel like breathless even though my breathing remains normal, it's like one last gulp of breath and it really frightens me. Anxiety related medicines are not available In pharmacies even in normal days. For now I'm using zapiz but it isn't helping much. Kindly suggest some medicines which can be easily available

I am taking medicine  for Gerd such as (sompraz lt, colospa, enzarforte) so is it safe to take panazep 12.5 , betacap for anxiety along with those med.?

Doctor choosen for me risperidone or aripiprazole. My age is 22 years. Which is better for me. Which have minimum side effects. Which work better for ocd. Ssris does not work in my case.
