Body pain may be due to anxiety
I have severe anxiety and fear from 1 week I feel pain in muscles of neck(back), Back , hands ,legs,wrist , Muscle tension and weakness can be caused by anxiety disorder

Do relaxation , yoga, meditation. Repeatedly takes deep slow breathing . Do exercise.  Listen music, talk with friends. All these may help you. If symptoms do not improve you can consult Psychiatrist
