She is having severe panic and anxiety attacks and during this pendamic she can't reach to a psychiatrist as well. She consuted general pshycian and the prescribed medicines is  not helping her that much. What can she do?

How much power of aripiprazole is equal to risperidone. Is 4 mg risperidone equal to 15 mg aripiprazole.

I have lost my concentration, memory and thinking abilities. Doctors have diagnosed me with depression but its very mild. My academics are suffering. I can't concentrate on a single page. Is there a treatment for concentration issues?

My brother (15yrs old) behaving abnormally for months but recently his acts are increasing. he fights with everyone specially father and talks abnormally. he didn't bursh his teeth for a month , and doesn't sleep at night. he spits everywhere entire day and throws households equipments and accessories. he doesn't talk to anyone on call and we also can't talk infront of him.

Unable to sleep on time, throughout the day I am anxious with heart palpitations and mood swings. Also most i of the time I am irritated and angry. I feel low on energy and discontent. Right now I am taking Etilaam pro 20 twice for anxiety but the effect doesn't last for long anymore. Inspite of taking it during bedtime I m not able to sleep. I have migraine problem as well. I am experiencing throat pain and not sore throat. Can stress and anxiety be the reason because i am suffering from that since 4-5 days. I can swallow easily but this is front neck pain or throat pain I don't understand. Please help. This is making me more anxious.

I have been experiencing anxiety and stress due to Covid-19 since past few days. My mind cannot get rid of negative thoughts, i cannot even sleep properly. I don't have any such symptoms, but because of anxiety i am having a feeling of breathlessness. My mind just doesn't get calm and heart beat gets faster.
