This problem is  my husband got anxiety attack before 2 days.presently when he stats alone in home he feels sick like breathing problem, someone chocked his throat,spinning head, increasing heart rate.if we are two in room then everything is ok. What is the solution?

I am often feeling sad for almost any reason. I am getting too emotional and thinking too much. All career tensions and personal stress. Can I be suggested something to get out of this? I am literally sad everyday for some or the other reason. I think I need someone to change my mindset.. Please help doctors.. Thanks in advance.

I was taking olanzapine 2.5 mg for 1 week as referred by doctor,  should I stop taking it. As the doctor suggested it for one week.

Last year I had been diagnosed with vestibular migraine. That time I used to have vertigo and headache . So my neurologist suggested me to take Betacap Tr 20 and Etizolam 0.25 for migraine. And also told me to consult a psychologist. From then I was well till last week. But since last 3 days all my past symptoms have started to reappear. And also because of my exam are near the corner i am always tensed about that. Please help.

Asked for Male, 25 Years I am undergoing anxity disorder and panic attack problm previously i have consulted a doctor who has prescribd me pexep plus 12.5 after dinner 1 time which i have taken for 39 days and etilaam pro 20 2 times which i have taken for 45 days now i have change my consultant and she has given me paxidep cr 25 1 time for 2 weeks  And etilaam pro 20 for 2 weeks is there any problm in change in one tablet and consultant. If i stop taking medicines and do exercise and meditation, pranayam will it be good as i don't want to take or it is better to take or mendatory.

I am facing problem of severe headache problem,vertigo n overthinking along with chest pain ... what to do ?

Is it fine to take Clonotril 0.25mg twice a day along with Uvox 50mg twice a day for 2 weeks, as prescribed.

I have insomnia and not able to sleep due to pain in my left thigh..The pain is in the vastus medlias part..this is cause of my anxiety and depression.. i feel sucidial due to this problem.. i have consulted the Spine Specialist which have given me Tolperisone-450,Duvanta-20mg and Tryptomer-10mg day and night.. with the medicine i am able to sleep but the pain is not going.. The pain is due to i drink 1 glass of water a day and driving the car for week and then the pain starts.. The medicine i am eating is nothing to cope with pain..The doc is saying u have fibromyalgia.. Can anxiety cause the fibromyalgia it is exactly not pain but burning type achy feeling...plz help me

I hav been having chat wit doctors abt my prob! They tel, there is nothing to worry abt. But i am not abl to stop stressin on it. Not abl to slp at nyt. Gettin really scared. How do i stay calm? How do i b stress relief doctor.? Pls. Help.

Dear sir,am suffering from anxiety since last 3 years.now am ok but sometimes I feel shortness of breathing.by this my concentration totally disturbing,am always thinks about breathing.kindly suggest remedy for this.
