I am not able to sleep at night...every night i am sleeping nearly 3 a.m ... I am a psychiatrist patient from 5 years... Thoughts keep rendering in my mind... I try to sleep but i loose... Is it due to sleeping at day time?

I have visited the near by small dr opd for my mother fungal infection and badly itching all over the body. After coming to home Different thought coming in my mind if there is corona patient then Can We have infected and lots of thoughts. Since in my 5 to 7 km area still there is no positive case but i dont know why I am thinking like that. Please help.

Due to problems in my personal and professional life currently facing a lot of stress and anxiety. Please help.

My doctor had put me on amisulpride 100, now he increased the dose of it to 200 and 250 later. I have read its for schizophrenia. But I don't have schizophrenia symptoms. Still he is saying to continue amisulpride. I have symptoms of ADD also. I have excessive sleepiness during daytime and tiredness.So i stopped taking it. Is it logical to take amisulpride for Depression or anxiety or ADD?

I have really bad brain fog like my mind is blocked and there is no reception of information  from outside like while I am listening to others or while i am reading or watching a movie. Its like i am not paying attention to them. My processing is very slow. Its like something stops the flow of information from coming in. I can't understand what i am reading and can't retain anything in mind. Because of these difficulties i am totally unable to perform academically. Please tell me what is happening with me.

I am a breastfeeding mother undergoing treatment for post partum depression. On nexito 10 since many months.  i had been prescribed with lonazep .5 for 7 days and then continuing with .25 mg. But when i dont take it i cant fall asleep? How can i wean off from this medication as doc asked me not to take it regularly. He has recommended to not sleep during daytime but i cant help it and get tired easily and fall asleep. Plz advice.

I took 50 mg modafinil ,and in the afternoon i had sweating, muscle aches, heavy head, painful muscles and back. I was also treated for anxiety before but now i don't have anxiety. Is modafinil worsening my anxiety or its the side effects of modafinil? I have poor concentration and memory, so that's why i was put on modafinil. Is it safe to take modafinil for long. I am concerned about heart health and long term risks. Is it safe?

I got cheated by a person with the name of love... Not able to get rid of that... And I loved one guy in my college days.. We broke up come of misunderstandings... I started taking antidepressants 4 years back. I took Nexito20 for 2 years(tried to stop for 3-4 times in between)earlier and finally stooped in 1 month time. After that I took it again coz my condition worsened after that.  I stopped after 2 years coz I was having heat&sweat in body when I used to do anything even playing or watching movies at home etc.Again it's happening. How much  it take for medicine to show full effects as it is 4 months again. Why am I having this symptom? Is it anxiety? Is it depression not completely becoming alright?
