Hi, can anyone please help me get in touch with a doctor who is specialized in treating OCD patients, through CBT or other methods? I have asked this question many times but doctors try to self promote and don't refer me to a specialized doctor, please I require serious help, if any doctor can help me get in touch with a specialist in this field, it would be really really great

Hi I am suffering from health anxiety, I think after having a sore throat and correlating it with Covid. It's been a month now. Though I have improved but very slowly. I used to have chest tightness earlier which has kind of subsided. Now, I feel like breathing deeply every 1-2 minutes. There's no wheezing or fever or cough. I am having difficulty sleeping,kind of awake in sleep. My current psychiatrist whom I consulted online has told me hearing my history of symptoms that I have OCD and have prescribed below medications for 2 weeks. Uvox 50mg Clonotril 0.25mg Inderal 10mg I am worried about the breathing and sleeping difficulty post the medications end. Any advise would be helpful.

Hi, I am prescribed Methylphenidate for my Adhd for which I have to make a monthly visit to  hospital to get medicine. The doctor sends the medicine list direct to in house pharmacy due to which I didn't receive prescription. Now due to lockdown I cant visit hospital since March and neither can I visit nearby pharmacy without prescription. I have receipts for my previous purchases and wanted to know if I can receive a prescription for the same to get medicine from nearby pharmacy. Thank you.

45/f,always thinking, taking stress about everyone, unable to sleep at night if she doesn't use alprax 0.5 mg as prescribed by doctor,is there any therapy for this other than using medication. Is it safe to use medicines and for how long?

My blood pressure usually feels like low in the morning and I can't eat much in the breakfast because of that.

I hav been having chat wit doctors abt my issue. Its abt my periods.they said der is nothin to worry, as i had my periods proper on both march n april month this month i still havnt got it.n also took meds for 5 days as doc suggested. But still,m feelin stressed on not having my periods. Too many tots and negetiv imagination.. sound sleep. The tot is litrally killing me, that at times makes me wanna cry bad, n feels like m the worst person.

Hi Team, Since being living one month with family, i am getting so much anger whenever my mother is saying to me anything and in return m breaking out d things. So is it normal like u have been living wid family that's y getting such behaviour???? Although it is been a 7+ years m living away from d home. Can u pls explain about dis.?
