My mother facing a psychology problem.The main problem of her is dat tablets never suits her body even a slow dosage too 😔 she is having diabetic bp too but when ever she is facing anxiety disorder she is mentally disturbed n from few months no proper sleep for her.. She is fearing alot to have a tablets if she have a tablet she facing problem likes chest congestion no strength in legs n hands while having any food she felt Der is some shocks in stomachs. While sleeping suddenly wake up by shouting etc etc. Please help me out doctor 🙏

Hi, I am a 32 years old married woman and I keep getting into situations that cause me extreme stress. I end up spitting foams, experience terrible palpitations, locked jaws and it stays like that for a couple of days! I am a working woman and it gets difficult for me to handle this much stress frequently. Kindly suggest me some OTC nerve relaxants or any anti anxiety pills that can help me cope up with such situations. It gets very difficult for me to deal with these issues.. Specially these abnormal heart beats. My medical history - I am an acute migraine patient. Thank you for your help!

What is the difference between neuropsychiatrist and clinical psychatrist? How does their treatment plan differ for let's say treating 'depression and anxiety' ? Does the type of/number of medicine they prescribe are different? Which one is the best for someone with dysthymia for over 10 yrs? Can shifting from clinical psychatrist to neuropsychiatrist help in this case? Also does the same go with psychologist and neuropsychologist?How does their technique differ?

Auditory hallucinations ,always lethargic. Unable to concentrate ,frequently headaches are coming .depressed.

Sometime I think myself as God. During my childhood days there will a marriage hall on my way to school. During morning times when I go to school weddings will be conducted in that hall and when cross the hall I secretly bless the couple thinking that I am god. I have excessive fear about chicken pox disease after I contracted when was in second standard in school. But no obsessive cleaning etc etc. But I fear about germs. Is it any disorder?

Hello doctor, Previously I have OCD problem 3 years back. Burning sensation  all over the body (but presently experience in upper body,back,eyes,head )and stomach tightness  comes  in 2019 January.I checked many general doctor and gastroenterology specialist they said nothing is there in your body may be due to stress.so I went to psychiatrist doctor previously I underwent OCD treatment from him 2years before he said these are OCD symptoms only he asked me to take daxid tablet currently iam taking 150 mg daxid if burning sensation come means clonotril 0.5 But I don't have any anxiety symptoms experienced previously only this burning sensation.i have confusion whether OCD will also cause it or not.whether my treatment process going correctly or not . please give suitable clarification sir

I have prblm of sleeping..when I go to bed I can't sleep properly nd peacefully,due to thoughts roaming on my mind,always this situation continue daily ,dreams which usually comes nd make my sleep spoil...the dreams which r coming to me make me cry for silly...I dnt share anything to anyone even with my better half it makes me more difficult ...all the day I think whether i should share abt this r should not ...if I share I may feel better what should I do how would I share my pain with my husband ....if this continues like this how can I handle this situation....may I know the some tips r medical treatment fr my situation

Very often get nervous without any valid reason and than palpitations for a few seconds. Sudden moodswings and negative thoughts comes in mind. And at times i can feel a sudden jerk while standing. In the night time it gets worse very uncomfortable to sleep.

Sir, doctor prescribed me medicine sertraline 100 mg. After 3 month increase upto 150 mg and again after increase upto 200 mg. My age is 22 years. Is it safe too much high dose for me.

Feeling fearful and sudden pain in heart when i hear sudden sounds. It can be any kind of sound, small or big sound. And i am perfectly alright if i am aware of the sound before.
