Negative thoughts,fear of illness
My self 40 years old For the past 5 years I am suffering from health issues 5 have taken 3 times Echo ,2 times treadmill and 30 to 40 times ecg And also full body checkup many times And the result shows everything normal and only problem is cholesterol that is also just above border I have consulted many doctors The doctors prescribing only depression tablets and some vitamin tablets and also some doctors give cholesterol reducing tablets Still I feel chest tightness,mild chest disturbances and acidity issues and feel fear and tension Kindly give me a solution

Hello, You probably could be suffering from somatoform disorder as most of your investigations are normal. You need to properly evaluated and treated. Did u had any positive effects after taking anti depressants

Hi, Looks like your are experiencing anxiety and panic episodes since long time, and although you have consulted many doctors, anxiety and panic attacks seems like not completely resolved. Hence you are still experiencing anxiety and panic attack symptoms. Along with medications, counselling, relaxation therapy, talk therapy, CBT will give wonderful results. Anxiety is a very common part of our life. We should know how to deal with it and learn coping skills, as life keeps throwing challenges at us. Many a times anxiety keeps us motivated and makes us to accomplish lot of work, at the same time anxiety can also cause lot of worries and lead to unnecessary overthinking, restlessness, irritability and panic episodes. No human is perfect hence we all have our own limitations and these limitations can be different for different people. Maybe you are a sensitive personality. Sensitive personality may have less tolerance to face emotional stressful condition. Hence Anxiety and panic attacks. A panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear that triggers severe physical reactions when there is no real danger or apparent cause. Symptoms Panic attacks typically begin suddenly, without warning. They can strike at any time. You may have occasional panic attacks, or they may occur frequently Panic attacks typically include some of these signs or symptoms: Sense of danger Fear of death Rapid, increased heart rate Sweating Trembling or shivering Diffculty breathing or tightness in your throat Abdominal cramping Chest pain Headache One of the worst things about panic attacks is the intense fear that you'll have another one. You may fear having panic attacks so much that you avoid certain situations where they may occur. Panic attacks, while intensely uncomfortable, are not dangerous. But panic attacks are hard to manage on your own, and they may get worse without treatment. Panic attack symptoms can also resemble symptoms of other serious health problems, such as a heart attack, heart problem or neurological problems etc

Diagnosis is very simple, but psychotherapy is also needed to reduce your cognitive errors, along with medicines.  Be safe and healthy.
