3 days back i went to hospital for tests while collecting urine sample i thought i will wash my hand after giving sample.when i done with the sample i feel thirsty and drunk water then i realise i didnot wash my hand since then i am feeling anxious and nervous by thinking that my hands are contaminated by virus and i will be sick and affect others also.please tell me how i calm down.

I am taking these medicines now (pres. attached)... So when i wake up in morning to do exercise , i dont have energy in my body and also drowsiness is there... What should i do to have energy to run and do exercise??... I need energy supplement which do not interact with my medicine

Hello doctor. From last 6month i am facing lots of anxiety and worriedness ... Since 2days back i had some tightness on the left side of my heart... suddenly i get scared and panic my heart pounds and there is uneasiness for few minutes (1-2min)... I quit smoking from last few weeks.. Please analyse my symptoms and give your review...

I have Depersonalization/ Derealization feelings. I am not feeling depression or anxiety. Before i had feelings of Depression and anxiety but now i don't feel them. What is the treatment for this condition? Is it because of untreated depression?

5 years before i took ganja (cannabis) when i was in great deprsn. I lost all my brain power. no imagination power, nearly dead brain, i was not able to speak also. I took treatment from many psychiatrist, some medicine worked with side effect, some gave me panic attack. I was totally a patient of schizophrenia or worst than that. my health improved in 3 years a little but i was not able to go out of my home bcz voices was making my brain again dead type. But after 3 years , i got a psychiatrist(pres. attached) who gave me medicines , i was not able to trust him ,but i took those medicines and taking till now. i improved a lot , now i can speak, walk , drink, smoke etc. but todays date i am not doing any Nasha or drug. Only nicotex for cigg. But 10 days before i took dezula 20 , so it gave me a panic attack with bloating , i was already facing bloating. so my stomach is also upset now. Today i am so depressed and my brain is not working like 1 month b4. Should i change my psychiatrist?

Suffring from Insomania and major depression from since last 4 years.. My parents thinks their is no such think like depression..

Hi, Since a month my dad is not so well. Although there was always ups and down in business and home problem he took care of that but this time he has become so anxious. Unable to sleep and lack of concentration. He keeps on thinking only negative thoughts and negative part of his life. we try everyday to convince him but the very next day he gets worried. He is getting too much worried over very small thing and exaggarate it . A local psyciatrist asked to take clonazepam and ecitalopram which he has taken for a week buy not continuing and dening tat he does not need that. we are so worried. pls help. He also unable to focus on business and does not treat customers in good way.

My friend has been telling me that during these days of lockdown, he is feeling anxiety , he describes this to me as, some feeling like butterflies in stomach, feeling as if he will get cough, cold, etc. He says, he has been into home since start of lockdown. Gone out just on two occasion to buy grocery,etc. He is worries, what if he gets cough, cold, etc. Even a very minor soar throat makes him feeling too much worried. Plz can you suggest a solution

Sir , i dont know why i am feeling so depressed..?? I was taking regular same medicines from 2 years...(prescription attached).. until the one dezula 20 which i took 10 days before, which i had to quit in 9 days because on 9th day panic attack was there for 30 secs... I dont know why i am so depressed??... I dont have any reason

My wife give me desi medicine for leave alcohal in water for four days..but i drink alcohal on 6 april after takinng alcohal my face got red my body got red nd my heartbeat so fast.i was in shocked.i think that i will die today i take alcohal only two times in weak but now m afraid.i quit taking medicine..now wil it harf again to me while i drink alcohal please help..i want my body like befaore how many days will react this medicine on my body pleaee help..i want to me like before maedicine make me panic please help
