When ever I am depression I feel mild chest pain and sudden increase heart beat? When get anger feels like I need to  break something like chairs , table's How to overcome this ?

I have heart palpation n difficulty in breathing problem. My doctors suggest me to take veniz xr 75 twice daily. But my problem become worse now i feel vomiting n drowsiness everytime. Difficulty in sleeping n sometime feel body sensation. What to do now?

I am a working professional in Bangalore, I am having issues with coping up with my work. I hate my job, but the problem is I don't know what skills I'm good at, which I can pursue as a career. I am losing sleep, unhealthy eating, ignoring myself. Even my marriage is on line because of this. I feel low about anything about myself. I feel like I lost my credebiility,trust with my wife. I have done lot of bad things. I feel like I'm lost purpose in life. I'm not able to move an inch of anything. I m so emotionally dependent on wife, which cause irritation, mistrust given my bad history. I don't know what to do . At one hand I have everything and on the other I am free falling a slippery mountain. I wanted to bring back my old me, active, happy , helping .but now I'm not wanted anymore to anyone, even my wife. I have fear of work. I was promoted, recently, given enough hike, but I'm inside feeling worthless and messing up my work, losing confidence and trust from management. Please HELP

Can fluvoxamine 250 mg a day and clonazepam 0.5 mg cause tremors occasionally in Hands and also very baseless but vivid dreams that feel real, i never used to dream before this. Taking medication of ocd and anxiety

Hi From a past year iam having thoughts that I will loose my loved ones the thoughts are very over powering if they are little ill I will think up to the extent that they will die. Daily I have these thoughts that something wrong will happy with them they will die. Iam very tensed because of this what should I do,this is also creating anxiety and panic.

Sir,I think I am suffering from OCD.Because I use soap frequently,I think there is bacteria in my hand.Moreover many types of bad thinkings come in my mind.Though I try to stop it I can't stop it.Again,if I lock the door I forget that weather I have locked the door.Now what can I do?Is it Ocd?Is it serious?How to get ride of it?Sir please help me.
