I am feeling very depressed, I tend to cry and some thoughts keep on going in my mind and I always think of those things whether I am alone or I am doing anything and I am not able to concentrate on my studies. This is due to some bad experiences I have faced in my past so whether I should consult a psychiatrist or not??

Consult with a counsellor. Your hesitation of speaking about what’s bothering you is evident and seeking a positive outlet would help you a lot. Depending on the degree of help required I am sure the counsellor would guide you furthermore.
