How to overcome the anxiety. When you have all kind mixed feeling at the same time how to deal with that?? At the same time when we feel irritated, scared, hungry, vulnerable, feels like crying as well, lazy, disoriented, annoyed.

At first you have to find out what is the actual reason of your anxiety. You have prioritise the probable reasons and which you can solve you must do that like you said, if you are hungry you can take food. You need to understand that you have deal with your emotions and feelings. If allow yourself to be sad you will be sad and if you want to be happy you will be happy.

Think about the solution because problems will be there you just have to solve it.
