3 months ago, I took isotretinoin 10mg capsules for three days. On third day, i had a panic attack so i discontinued it. From that day i am having anxiety issues. Some days are normal whereas sometimes i feel overwhelming feelings of anxiety. I feel restlessness and fear. So do I need a professional treatment or it will go by its own. Please help.

If it had been medicine induced then it would have resolved by now.
Probably your panic attack was co-incident with the intake of isotretinoin, so your brain associated the two events. But association is not causation.
Most probably your anxiety and panic is a disorder in itself and will need management.
