Last year i have anxiety problem but i am completely fine now but from last two day my heartbeat become fast when i wake up, i feel difficulty in breathing. When i standup form sitting situation again my heartbeat become fast even that walking on stair also increase my heartbeat. Is this sign anxiety again?
