Hi,
Happiness is a state of mind. Begin to understand yourself well and the nature around us. We are not perfect beings, hence trying to becoming perfect or forcing ourselves too much can lead to too unrealistic expectations and stressful situations.
Being lonely , decreased happiness and perceiving self and all activities negatively can harm you and your personality on long tetm
Don't stay in this state for long duration, try to revconnect with people, Stop being too critical on you
Accept your limitations and work on it
Think all the positive things that you have done in your life and recognise your strengths and work on it.
