Hi Doctor, This question is on behalf of my friend. He is currently 27 yrs old and suffering from his childhood memories as he was molested a few times and had a very lonely childhood with a lot of physical abuse. He needs help in understanding how should he let go his past as it hampers him in between and he loses all the control over his emotions. He is trying to suppress it since very long time but he is not calm inside at all. He wishes to go to a counselor right now. But he has certain responsibilities piled up currently. Please suggest If I can help him out in some way and is there any medicine over this? Should he be putting out all his emotions? Is this recommended. Please help.

Can you prescribe some med for sleep?? I have not been able to sleep properly from last few days. kindly assist.

Hello doctor,past before 50 days I gave birth from tat day I feel more confusness and forgetness..if anyone calls me I can't remember at which time they called like morning or evening..lot of confusion on timing...if anyone tell me something I don't know at which time they told...why these happens?
