Forgets the to switch off light, or tap or gas stove some times. Doesnot make eye contact, doesnot feel like continuing his hobbies like singing

I am ,56.i am taking flunil ,40 lithium 300 nebi 5since more than 10 years.recently past six months my hands r shaking 4/5timed per day.new tablet is started since two months bupron xl 150 one per day.what is reason and how it can be cured.

Please it's an urgent.Im suffering from internal tremors and shakiness something like current-electricity flowing inside me.Dont know if it's something related to anxiety or a vitamin deficiency disease.sometimes,feeling slight pain in areas like left chest and upper abdomen.Apart from that,I'm all weekend that is muscles are loosened and feeling softy than before.Sometimes, feeling suffocating, while doing works such as reading,etc.Please doctor, suggest me some tips and medicines for the same, as there were lockdowns going on.

Is washing genitals by touching it allowed in celibacy? I am on spiritual practice and I used to do it with water just without touching it but today I washed it with soap.. Bcz I found lot of smegma out there.. Please say.. Thnx

Is it normal to get nightmares after a stressful day, I tend to remember most of my dreams and I fear going back to sleep. In most of the dream I see a ghost like thing haunting me or someone trying to kill me or somebody I really care about.

I have restlessness n anxiety problem so Dr suggested me to take Serta 50mg...but I had to quit this medicine because suicidal thought occored to me. Then Dr said to leave Serta and start mirtaz 7.5 at night and Etizola .5 at night, but I had to quit mirtaz 7.5 because of excessive sleeping habit developed from next day. I was unable to get up my self. I used to get up forcefully till 1 pm. Is not there any good medicine available which can cure n severe restlessness and anxiety and not show any side effects like dowziness, weekness, suicidal thoughts. Pls help.

After taking Anti depression medicine like Serta 50 mg, Mirtaz 7.5 mg and Etizola .5  Suicidal thought, hand sacking, abnormal mouth and body movement happened to me. These are the side effects of medicine? Pls help.

I am ibs patient and i am taking bed time aciloc 300 and twice pan d empty stomach and nurobion forte twice. If i take pan d evening stomach then why i have to take again aciloc tablet of gas at bed time. And why if i take pan d evening them my hair fall start or if i do take pan d evening time with nurobion then no hair fall but i do not eat anything evening at 4pm i eat arround 8pm.
