Dear user,
Taking alprax will help her with a peaceful sleep daily but is not a permanent solution to insomnia and stress. It will be good if she gets herself evaluated for insomnia or any underlying anxiety disorder and given treatment accordingly.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation
Health Tips
-avoid excess use of tea/cofee.
-practice yoga daily
- Breathing exercise daily will help.

Hi,
Sleep disturbances are very common in stress disorder.
Alprax can be used for sleep. But, if stress is not addressed, then sleep disturbances will continue and this can lead to unnecessary dependence on sleep medications.
So Alprax is just a quick fix, not a long term solution.
Better to address stress with psychotherapy (counseling, CBT, mCBT, relaxation therapy etc) medication, if necessary.
