Unable to sleep
Hey, i am 23 F so i lost my father in 2023 he was very unwell for the last 6 months of 2022 and i had a boyfriend then who i was dating he was my first boyfriend and all and this year in 2025 he brokeup with me in july and since then i've been so anxious so anxious my mind is constantly cluttered with thoughts this that what not,my chest feels so heavy most of the times i don't even know what to do i am so high on anxiety i am not able to sleep in the night i am just awake even if i try to sleep i keep my phone away i can't i just cannot, please help this is ruining my sanity, i don't feel really healthy.
