Sir,
I had some personal problems due to some misguidance.i kept thinking about them continuously...after few months I lost my sleep completely and my brain remains activated and goes on thinking continuously...I am unable to sleep properly..other symptoms are headaches,hairloss,body pains,sternum pain,memory problems..I want to prepare for civils ...but with these medical conditions I am unable to do anything...sir please help me
