Take Nexito at the same time preferably Nexito is not sleeping pill it’s anti anxiety only Also before you sleep try some mandala art or colour gin in a doodle book unless u read then u can read also it will help no tea no coffee before two hours and try no food before one hour of sleep minimum more the merrier and lighter Fiber based dinner Use binaural beats for sleep from you tube in ear pods U will love it
