Menses anxiety stress sleepless nights
I hav been having chat wit doctors abt my issue. Its abt my periods.they said der is nothin to worry, as i had my periods proper on both march n april month this month i still havnt got it.n also took meds for 5 days as doc suggested. But still,m feelin stressed on not having my periods. Too many tots and negetiv imagination.. sound sleep. The tot is litrally killing me, that at times makes me wanna cry bad, n feels like m the worst person.

Dear Madam It is not unusual to experience delay in period even for a month. If you are not expecting pregnancy than just wait and watch for few months. You should keep in mind that your negative imagination may actually delay the period. Be clear that non-pregnancy related delay in period may not be harmful to you at least for few expected cycle, though you have to regularise it with medication if at all it happens. Another thing is that before the next cycle you may feel sad, feel like crying, negative imagination etc. If it happened in the past than same thing is happening again.
Next Steps
Do pregnancy test if you think so. Consult gynaecologist for regulating cycle, if you don't see in a month. Regular physical exercise. Be busy, spend time in leisure activities and hobbies.
