Anxiety leading to sleepless nights
I've had anxiety since 2 days and due to it I haven't been able to sleep. I just got 2 hours sleep last night. Moreover, whenever I try to sleep, I can't due to palpitations and anxiety. My exams are going on. And that's the main reason for all the anxiety. But because of sleepless nights, I'm not able to study.

Hello dear as you just mentioned that the anxiety is due to your ongoing exams, you can try breathing exercises such as pranyams etc to calm yourself down. You can try to have positive thoughts that you are well prepared and you will perform well in the exams. This thought will also help in reducing the anxiety. Try meditating twice a a day to relax your mind and to have sound sleep.
