Hello practo user
I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing . Sleep can be disturbed due to an underlying stress in your life. For improving your sleep you can try and practice deep breathing and guided meditation before sleeping as it can help you relax . You can try and take a calming tea or warm milk before going to sleep . Maintain a healthy eating pattern as well . Limit your phone time at night . Talk to your close family members or friends . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions for better management of your issues .
