Dear Madam I think you are to much thinking about your period problem. Don't be to serious if doctor told it will be ok. You will surprise to know that 76- 93% of women in india have mentrual related disorder, a very common problem. If you are not expecting pregnancy just wait and watch. What I would suggest is practice sleep hygiene ( google and see), do regular physical exercise, spend more time in leisure activities and hobbies, be busy by making daily routine regularly.

Please share your problem for better suggestions. Practice instrumental meditation for calmness and also keep ventilating your negative thoughts that will help you to feel better. For ventilation you can either write n throw it after tearing or mirror talking will also help.

Dear Practo User, you have not mentioned what you think is the problem that you are discussing with your doctors. However, if the doctor is assuring you not to worry, you need to trust them.It is a lot easier said than done as what you are experiencing is anxiety. It can be difficult to get over the feeling of having an illness. When it is severe, it may be diagnosed as a psychological problem.
Next Steps
Kindly reach out to a psychiatrist for more clarity.
