Mood swings, talking to self , agreeseiveness can be the side effects of tab mirtaz7.5 mg or tab Serta 50 mg? Please help

Not being able to sleep since last 4-5 days , tried every home remedy , having dinner at 8 and by 9 pm going to bed consistently , but nothing working out Not able to sleep until 4-5 am daily , Tried to consulting doctor nearby my place but some are not available and some are refusing to see because of covid 19 precautions and all ans there is nothing wrong about it .. But My Head is getting heavy and health condition is getting worst by each passing day I used to get up early in the morning but now this is getting very difficult for me .. It ruins my whole day I seriously Need some professional advice and prescription

My wife was advised to take tab mirtaz 7.5 at night and tab. Etizola 0.5mg at morning for having severe restlessness and anxiety... When my wife started taking mirtaz 7.5 at night ,from next morning she keept on sleeping for 1 pm ...Her sleeping habits increased suddenly and she keept on sleeping unless we awaken her forcefully... because of this sleeping habits she got more irritated and agrresive... But for last 2 days I have not given her mirtaz 7.5 at night and we are seeing that her sleeping time has got better. She getup her self at 10am . Please suggest me (1)  if I stop mirtaz 7.5 suddenly than it can worsen my wife restlessness and anxiety ?

I have done all test TMT 2decho  test all nromal. Also I was admite  in hospital due to hypertension . I am taking BP medicine. Now I am feeling pain in the left solder and also body pain and sometimes feel chest pain. But not getting what is the exact problem with me could please suggest me.

I am feeling continuous weakness since last September. Unable to concentrate on things, even not feeling fresh despite long sleeping hours. I have been consulting a psychiatrist since then, and he put me on SSRIs initially. It worked well for 5 months, but symptoms reappeared just 10 days after leaving medicine. Dose was increased , but still nothing. Medicine was changed to Bupron . Still nothing. Lithium carbonate was added. Still nothing. Feeling dejected. I am thinking of seeing another doctor. Can someone guide me whether to consult another psychiatrist or neurologist ?

I am feeling left solder and chest pain also I done TMT test and it's normal but still I am worry about Hart attack and not sure it's anixity or what Also I went to 4 Dr all said you'd have Hart problem ... I and my sister both suffering from same mental disorder. Doctor prescribed me risperidone and aripiprazole of my sister. Why? Are both medicine same or different. Both medicine work good. But why doctor prescribed different. What is the difference between both.

I have taken Lobacheck advise by doctor for 3 months so how many months I should taken this tablet to cure.
