I have a problem overthinking and negative thinking. I am thing about itself and future and I have always depression last five years my body is very weak and think pls give me solutions.

I am 38 years old person. In 2017 I have diagonsed High bp and high cholestorel. So doctor prescribed me prolomet xl 50 and strator 10. Now my bp and cholestorel is normal. though I taking two tablet regularly. But for the last 6 months I am very depressed and I have panic disorder. I have always negative thinking. Now I am very depressed. Is side effect of two tablet.

My wife is having issues of Jaw clenching and clenching of fist and feet as well. Mostly while sleeping. So much so that her right leg keeps on hurting and also she has pain in her jaw and neck/ shoulder because of it. Sometimes she wakes up due to pain.

Sir now i have been taking medicine for 20 days.name of the medicines are fluoxotine 20 mg 2 capsule morning and clonazepam 0.25 1 tablet night.sir i have found side effect anxiety,gas problem too much .can i change this medicine to escitalopram 10 mg.please tell.

Lately, I'm having lot of anxiety attacks and it is suffocating. I know my trigger points and try to reason with myself but it is uncontrollable.

I often feel waves of sadness ,heavy sadness mostly at the end of the day. I try to battle it but it happens everyday since a long time. I've tried to get better but the low feelings keep coming back no matter how happy or busy I try to keep myself. I've lost sleep over it, I stress a lot over petty things,I find myself often unhappy.... I try to get busy but I cannot move on from a failed relationship. That's a major reason for my sadness. I cannot let go of things easily. I often cry and am sad. I want to get better and do better in life but there are so many things holding me back. I don't know where to start from ...

May low serotonin level cause for anxiety and tention or anxiety and tention is the reason for low level of serotonin level...

My nephew is just 6 years old recently I got married but he is become very possessive with her chachi he can not bear when she talk to me or someone else he doesn't allow her to wear new clothes, if he try to praise someone he got very very angry. Tell what should I do???

I have anxiety,panic attacks and phobias from past 10 years and iam using allopathy medicine but its not helping me much and is there any cure in ayurveda because i have heard of doshas and those are need to be balanced. Without stopping this allopathy medicine can i use ayurvedic medicines and can gradually stop allopathy medicine? If doctors are available from bangalore i can visit directly to clinic.

I am having muscle pain and chest tightness for more than 4 years now, day by day it is becoming more, difficulty in breathing when I lie down, tingling in whole body, neck tightness , feels like my muscles are becoming hard, but not diagnosed with anything, vit b12 is normal , ecg , lft, kft tests are normal , only vit d is less, but this thing has made me mad , not able to live my life to tha fullest., what it can be doctor?plz help
