Regarding Anger Issues and Isolation
Hello, I am an Engineer ( 24 ) and currently at home. From past 1 year I'm facing extreme Anger Issues. I get upset on small things and remain like that for hours. Small noises or sound ( Whispering, Noise, Tapping) affects me alot. My parents don't listen to me even if I ask them. They take me very lightly. I never went to anywhere since 5 years. I just spend time on Instagram or Learning new skills. I feel depressed and very isolated. Please tell me what should I do in this case

Hello Mr. Engineer. Anger issues can be a sign or depression or some other mental health condition as well. Seeking help via counselling to see how you can better deal with your family situation may help reduce anger. You also need to be evaluated for what seems to have caused this in the first place.
Next Steps
seek help with a Psychiatrist or Counsellor.

Health Tips
Here is a therapy in terms of a story this will help you to handle you are angry issues. Beautiful story for anger management😊 A monk decides to meditate alone, away from his monastery. He takes his boat out to the middle of the lake, moors it there, closes his eyes and begins his meditation. After a few hours of undisturbed silence, he suddenly feels the bump of another boat colliding with his own. With his eyes still closed, he senses his anger rising, and by the time he opens his eyes, he is ready to scream at the boatman who dared disturb his meditation. But when he opens his eyes, he sees it’s an empty boat that had probably got untethered and floated to the middle of the lake. At that moment, the monk achieves self-realization, and understands that the anger is within him; it merely needs the bump of an external object to provoke it out of him. From then on, whenever he comes across someone who irritates him or provokes him to anger, he reminds himself, “The other person is merely an empty boat. The anger is within me.” Surround yourself to family, pets, music, plants, hobbies, whatever(happy is everywhere). Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. We all need to live life to its fullest each day, Be Happy 💐💐 Dr. Sampath MD, DNB Psychiatrist Positive Psychologist
