Its okey to be overwhelmed by situation, its okey to be anxious about future, its okey to be feeling sad for losses... Try to focus on solutions of problems, talk about it with your friends and family, try to take good nutritious food, do exercise and meditation if possible... Asking for help is sign that you want to get out of it....
Next Steps
If situation does not improve in few days seek professional help
Health Tips
If you are suffering from it for more than 2wks..or situation is worsening day by day... Meet professionals ASAP

I would request you to kindly follow the following 1. Please get yourself checked by a psychologist. 2. Get a full blood work done with a diagnostic center 3. Do daily meditation and get back to me. Consider this why think about problems. You should only think about problems to which you think you have a solution otherwise thinking about problems will lead to more problems. Please be calm and follow the above steps.
