Anxiety feeling
When ever I am depression I feel mild chest pain and sudden increase heart beat? When get anger feels like I need to  break something like chairs , table's How to overcome this ?

Thats energy.. Go to your room take it out on pillow And come out.more like anxiety build up Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online or in person for anxiety management

Hi, Fear, chest pain, increased heart beats, gastric disturbances (stomach), feeling discomfort, coldness of feet and legs, feeling of something is gonna happen, worrying are some of the symptoms of anxiety and panic episodes. These symptoms may due to stress, suppressed emotions etc. If these symptoms are not addressed, this can turn into anxiety and depressive disorder. One can handle these symptoms by learning coping techniques, problem solving attitude, self talk therapy etc

As mentioned it related to panic attack thing so you need to analyse the situations that make you feel so and it could also be associated with your anger outburst. Once you can relate the situation it will be easier for you to resolve this.

Hi, There can be unresolved past traumas which are triggering your anger and depressed state and that needs to be work on . Inorder to overcome this you can analyse what triggers your anger, when you get angry, what thoughts comes in the mind, notice them and try to acknowledge your anger, feel it, observe it and think how can I see the things differently at this time. You should discuss it with a psychotherapist also and work on your issues deeply.
