Difficult concentrating and sleepiness
I am having trouble concentrating and focusing. I need to exert lots of mental effort to concentrating and feeling sleepy all the time while studying. It's not I am having less sleep at night. It's been over a month. I was fine before and then started to binge watch Netflix for 2 weeks and resulted in these... Please I have my exams coming 😭 please help... Can you suggest some medication to increase my metal focus and alertness...

1) start physical activity about 30mins/ day like yoga. 2) practice meditation/ mindfulness. 3) avoid multitasking 4) have a regular study schedule as well as sleep schedule. 5) gradually increase your attention span. ( rome wasnt built in a day)
