Hi I am having huge mood swings! I try to concentrate on work, still I keep on overthinking about some things that are of no use in present. I keep thinking about my GFs past over and over again, how badly she treated me which is useless since she is all grown and changed and loyal with me. Additionally if somethings doesn't happen according to me, I start think how I am doing everything to keep everyone happy and how everyone else is just using me and not thinking about me! This is affecting my relationship! Please help me tell me how should I just stop overthinking! I am very stubborn person and when something does not happen according to my thinking, I go ballastic mentally and I just stop talking to people and start overthinking all small things! I live in past so much and it I hurting my present! I just need help!

My son diagnosed with ADHD in October 2019 after neurologist and psychiatrist consultation and was given axepta 10 mg 1-1-0 daily for 6 months + evening 5 ML IQU plus syrup and now April 2020 doctors asked to extend another 6 months but his ADHD symptoms improved a lot during Nov 2019 itself And doing pretty well in maths, karate and overall concentration. Both Doctors saying let’s continue same medication for few more years, I’m worried about prolonged axepta usage as he improved a lot Immediately and not to stop medication until he confirms when to stop, he’s taking daily. 1)As of now no side effects, but Any known side effects would occur prolonged usage for few years ? 2)Will ADHD return after doctors stop Medication after 13-15 years of age? 3)Can I go for second opinion?

My wife is suffering from severe Restlessness I shown to Pyschiatrist. He suggested for serta 50 mg...and advised to take 25 mg of serta for 2 days and then continue with 50 mg...when she took serta tablet suicidal thought occurred in her mind and c started moving here there to do something to hurt herself.. Then I talked to Pyschiatrist again he said me to stop serta and now advised me to take mirtaz 7.5 mg .. When she started mirtaz tab at night next morning she started to sleep for longer duration...she woke up at 1 pm... And this continued for 3-4 days...lots of sleepeness I have two doughts regarding medicine please clearlify. (1) Suicidal attempt is the side effects of serta tab? (2) Over sleping during day after taking mirtaz at night is the side efects of mirtaz7. 5? Please help.

My doctor gave me Rexipira plus for 5 days ...1/2 tab in the morning and 1/2 tab in the evening...can i continuue to take this...for how many days i can continue.

I am using etizola 0.5 mg (morng) and mirtaz 7.5(night)..today morning when I got up I was not able to recognize my husband...For few seconds I remained asking him that who are you? ...but after few seconds I was ok ... (1) I wanted to know that not able to recognize some one is the side effects of any of the 2 medicine I am taking ? (2) I want to know also that if I stop taking mirtaz 7.5 mg suddenly after taking this medicine for 3-4 days regularly then also there is chances of not recognizing some one ...?not recognizing some one is  a side effects of suddenly stopping mirtaz)? Pls help.

I am stuck in delhi's Malviya Nagar with my sister. She the time my grandmother came to know that we are stuck in the hotspot. She is waking up from the dream every night. Dream is ' Me and My sister are trying to escape from delhi but police has caught is on the way and is beating is Badly'. We wakes up every night and start calling everyone to help us out. She even has started preparing dinner for us so we can have it, as we are on the way to home. We talk to her every day on video call and try to make her understand but in vain. She has a history of asthma and bronchitis. Please Help what to do ?

Hi, my daughter will be turning 4 this June. She is an active and bright child. Off late ishe is missing going out to play and meeting her friends. Her school os closed and we hardly take her out due to COVID. She asks many a times how long will it last. Is irritable at times, starts throwing things, starts crying or shouting. We bith are working from home. We try to give her as much attention as possible. Her TV tine has increased to 3-4 hours a day :(. I try to play with her in the evening. Ahe prefers her father's company and keeps on clinging to him. My husband is a busy person qho is mostly on calls through out the day. I do try to read out stories to her, she loves her books. But am not a le to add any new due too COVID. Please advise how to help my child. I

1month ago I had severe restlessness.I  went physician hetold me for blod ,urine test.In report al was ok so he told me to take iron nd vit d tablet. And said me to visit Psychiatrist. I then visited Pyschetrist he advised me to take Tetrafol 7.5mg ,Nexito 5mg  with beucosule tablet. I took all  for 3 weeks but no any changes in my problem . then visited another pyschetrist he advised me to stop nexito and add tb serta50mg..she said me to take first 2day .25 mg of Serta and from 3rd day to take ful dos of 50mg Serta... I took serta on1st day (25mg) same night again suicidal thoughts came in my mind and lots of restlessness .Nxt morning I told her all , c said to get hospitalized for safety reasons. Nextday I went to hospital and 1new psychetrist met  me .I advised me to stop all medicine and take tab etizola 0.5 in morng and tab mirtaz7.5 in night but still no change in restlessness nd suicidal thought .pls help. I Also talking pychologist help for some tm . I hve 9 mnt baby nd I feed.

I am 36 years old anxiety patient. I m recently diagnosed. I m taking . 25 etilaam half in morning half in evening feel quit good. How long can I take this medication or should I stop.

I have uncious for few minutes when sleep and test heart and all are good and then go to psychiatry doctor he gave me LOBACHECK 5mg for 3 months.So how long it eat to cure. He said to me it's a long time taken tablet
