My only concern is I'm feeling very tired every morning when I wake up. Also i checked with my local doctor he said I have anxiety related symptoms and still worried about the symptoms. Mania Episode

My brother in law suffered his 3rd mania episode in 7 years on April 18,2020. He is getting better, doctor gradually increased the dosage & says he will be fine in 30 days. Despite heavy dosage he doesn't sleep more than an average of 5.30hrs a night, occasionally 8hrs & some nights only 3.30hrs. As he is getting better unlike previously when dosage was increased he doesn't seems sleepy during the day. His current dosage - Diva OD 750 x 2 times, Respidon 2 mg x twice a day & Lonazep 3 mg a day ( two days back added additional 1 mg). Despite lonazep 3 mg from past two days he has slept only 5.40 hours and 3.40 hours where as we were expecting with increased lonazep to sleep at-least 8 hours. One of the over all improvement is whatever hours he sleeps he sleeps in one go unlike previously when he was sleeping, awaking, sleeping& continued to do so. Also time taken to get to sleep after taking medicines has increased from 60 min to 90 min to 180 min Please advise
