I'm suffering from depression from last 1.5 year, i try to overcome but I'm getting mad day by day. Mai day by day low temper ho rha hu, choti choti baat pe ghr walon, friends se ladai karna start kr deta hu. Muje job aur studies ki bahut yada tension ho rhi. I'm totally feel alone in this world. Choti choti baat pe rona aa jata. Whenever I tries to focus on studies, mind get diverted to overthink that is not possible. I tired with my medical problems day by day i got new medical problems. Please help me I'm feel totally useless in this world.
