From the last 8 months, I have been treating for MD. My main symptoms are physical fatigue and cognitive slowdown. However, I don't have any negative thinking. I think I am good from a psychological perspective. It's just the fatigue and cognitive slowdown which has messed up with me. It's more like a physical problem than psychological. However, i have done many physical tests and nothing came out. So, what's going on with me?
Can depression makes somebody physically fatigued and cognitively slow enough to become dysfunctional in daily life?

As far as I understand, you are saying that you have been receiving treatment for major depression for the past eight months and are currently experiencing significant cognitive slowing and fatigue.
Cognitive slowing and fatigue can be residual symptoms of depression. With appropriate treatment augmentation, these symptoms may also improve and eventually resolve.
