My overthinking to any thing about past future or even when I have to text or call to a person whom I hardly know , I start thinking lot of things what to text what to say what reply will come and then eventually I don't text or say what I have to say. So this type of thinking I want to remove and also due to which I think lack of confidence developed inside me in doing or initiating anything. Suggest some yoga or mediation which I try in lockdown period.

I'm suffering from acidity from 25 days, firstly i used Pentoz dsr and Melzap md, for 7 days, then after, dr prescribed me normaxin rt, twice a days for 10 days, it's gone 6 days, but i didn't get relief, after meal, get heaviness in stomach, plz suggest something, and what should i to do, to relief from it. Actually it started from 10th march after eating channa daal, and seat for 5 hrs in night. I'm caring foods and physics now a days, rather, disturbed from this acid reflux...

My grandson five yrs old, some times talks very much off the line... Like whenever I stop him for doing some thing.. He would say " you also used to do the things same way  as I do and I was there to see all this."..".pleass believe me your mummy used to tell me about you" Some times he says " I am not able to control my mind and hence not able to obey and do the right things. " Mostly never agrees to say sorry.. Defends unlike child... Otherwise he is Absltly normal and healthy goes to school, student - little above average . Is is suffering from some mental or psychological /psychetriac issue

I have this insecurity problem when i am getting something better.my thoughts are going to compare with others position.please help me in this regard.

Forgets the to switch off light, or tap or gas stove some times. Doesnot make eye contact, doesnot feel like continuing his hobbies like singing

I am ,56.i am taking flunil ,40 lithium 300 nebi 5since more than 10 years.recently past six months my hands r shaking 4/5timed per day.new tablet is started since two months bupron xl 150 one per day.what is reason and how it can be cured.

Is washing genitals by touching it allowed in celibacy? I am on spiritual practice and I used to do it with water just without touching it but today I washed it with soap.. Bcz I found lot of smegma out there.. Please say.. Thnx

Is it normal to get nightmares after a stressful day, I tend to remember most of my dreams and I fear going back to sleep. In most of the dream I see a ghost like thing haunting me or someone trying to kill me or somebody I really care about.
