Always tension, worry, feeling depressed
I have BP. Even taking so many years it is getting maintained at 140/90. Most of the time I feel tension because of work and family. I try to change my mind by diversion but it is not Lasting even for 5 min. I feel depressed and worry on job loss, future life etc. Not able to concentrate. Always my heart beat rate is at 102. This i have checked using bp monitor instrument. When tension increases my hand starts shaking. I sleep min of 6 to 8 hrs. I heard about himalaya mentat tablet. My friend recomended me to take. But i need advice from doctor on how to get rid of my issue or should I take Any medicine to resolve this issue.
