I have gastric problem and muscoskeletal issue near cheast. I get toughts of death and anxiety. And feel I need to go to doctor for smmall things.

Please help me out with all these queries related to an ESA.. ESAs are recognised in developed countries like USA and Canada ..  Are ESAs ( Emotional support animals) recognised in India ? If so then where I can be prescribed by one. I really need one for improving my underlying conditions . Please tell me if there's any mental health professional or a doctor who can prescribe me an ESA . Please also let me know if it isn't recognised in India then is there's a way I can still have a pet and get it registered it as an ESA in india so that it would be recognised in the developed countries ? I need to pursue my higher education and I want to settle abroad but I need an ESA with me while doing that... I also need an ESA even if I won't be pursuing higher studies abroad so is it recognised in india so that I could have it during the higher studies or in a job with me ?

Can I take two 50 mg fluvoxamine instead of one 100 mg as I was prescribed one 100 mg dose per daily?

Myself 36 yrs male with no physical ailments. I am a working professional, i am married and have 2 kids. Before i ask my queries, some points to share about myself: 1. don't feel like following normal daily routine like going office, meeting people, socializing etc 2. love it when i am alone and when there is no noise around. Even the smallest sound disturb me 3. Sometimes feel loving and caring towards others and sometimes i feel hatred for everyone 4. I love watching movies (especially thriller, suspense genre). Also i like watching p*rn for hours 5. I feel addicted to net surfing, watching motivational videos but doing nothing 6. I feel like achieving without putting efforts 7. I hate complex job and like to do simple things 8. I don't feel like learning anything new. If i try, i don't remember What exactly am i going through and how can i overcome this. What should I do immediately? Should i stop watching movies? Is my brain capacity reducing ? Please advise with details 🙏

My maternal ankl is taking two type of medicines since last 2 month. So may i continue this medicines or not ?? Now He is in good  situation. and he wants decrease some medicines like he can take Half Goli every day or he can take medicine's In even day's. if it is possible i am facing this problem due to lockdown What should i do in this Situation ??

Not being able to sleep since last 4-5 days , tried every home remedy , having dinner at 8 and by 9 pm going to bed consistently , but nothing working out Not able to sleep until 4-5 am daily , Tried to consulting doctor nearby my place but some are not available and some are refusing to see because of covid 19 precautions and all ans there is nothing wrong about it .. But My Head is getting heavy and health condition is getting worst by each passing day I used to get up early in the morning but now this is getting very difficult for me .. It ruins my whole day I seriously Need some professional advice and prescription

My wife was advised to take tab mirtaz 7.5 at night and tab. Etizola 0.5mg at morning for having severe restlessness and anxiety... When my wife started taking mirtaz 7.5 at night ,from next morning she keept on sleeping for 1 pm ...Her sleeping habits increased suddenly and she keept on sleeping unless we awaken her forcefully... because of this sleeping habits she got more irritated and agrresive... But for last 2 days I have not given her mirtaz 7.5 at night and we are seeing that her sleeping time has got better. She getup her self at 10am . Please suggest me (1)  if I stop mirtaz 7.5 suddenly than it can worsen my wife restlessness and anxiety ?

I have done all test TMT 2decho  test all nromal. Also I was admite  in hospital due to hypertension . I am taking BP medicine. Now I am feeling pain in the left solder and also body pain and sometimes feel chest pain. But not getting what is the exact problem with me could please suggest me.
