Anxiety and panic
Hello I am 29yr old male preparing for govt exams. With the things happening outside, I am getting paranoid about it. I am afraid that even after washing my hands or even cleaning the surface, "what if" it's still not clean. Lost all self confidence. I am afraid of contracting it unknowingly and passing it on to my parents. We haven't stepped out of the house since 22nd March. Everything that gets delivered is wiped with disinfectant and is kept aside for minimum of 3 days. Yet, I am afraid. I get anxious with my the "what if" thoughts and my anger and paranoia rises subsequently. Can't focus on my studies or even communicate properly with my parents. Please help.
