M a student, alot of things bother me. I think about past, about future but m not being able to live in the present. I lack concentration. Overthinking occurs. Always Restless. Anxiety hits me quite often. Frustration is frequent. All my friends are earning, parents scold me every now and then. M not able to think properly. Stress has become normal now. Please help.
