Overthinking problem
I am student, preparing civil service exams, since 7monts  i am suffering from overthinking (I guess) because I can't able to focus, every time iam thinking of anything which is worthless, I try meditation, yoga yet I am not getting over it, every night I can't sleep due to Aniexty and fear, I every time think either past or future, cannot able to live in moment, please help me otherwise I can't create my future...

Hello There, It seems that you are facing difficulty in being confident about yourself. Your overthinking might only focus on the negative aspects of you which is a form of a cognitive distortion. Drawing biased and negative conclusions about your ability might not prove to be helpful rather it will develop more anxiety.
