Overthinking?
I guess its called overthinking. I mean I've had a lot in my head lately and I get irritated on the silliest things or even angry sometimes. I get frustrated too. I don't like it when people don't go according to me I mean not completely according to me, a little. I'm tired of making adjustments every single time and there's this one person i hate the most and I think it's not healthy but I just can't pretend to like either. I'm losing self esteem, confidence. Do i need help?
