I keep on wondering whenever i am alone. I get a lot of useless thoughts. I dream things which i actually don't want. I even stress out at end of day of wasting my entire day overthinking. I hav this habit since childhood. But now i jst want to abolish it from the root. Its hindering my daily activities. I can't study or focus in present. Help me.

You think a lot. About what? If these are intrusive repetitive useless thoughts then you need to visit a psychiatrist. Listen to music or do brisk walking when such thoughts stirke. Begin some sports activity or join a gym. Some daydreaming is good but not all the time. If your mood is anxious or depressed you may need meds. Consult a good psychiatrist.
