I can empathise with you.. But we should try to solve your suffering.. Right.. Good you talked about it.. Try to talk to someone close about it, exercise, listen soothing music.. Also let me tell you that for depression either medications or therapy like CBT are evidence based stuff.. Consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management of the case..
