Aftr I deliver a baby...I'm getting emotional regarding my health...n m the only person who is managing the baby...n I had c-section I feel my in laws n my husband don't understand what I m going through..I get angry n emotional...I always seek for peace around me..I like to leave alone in my own place..but it seems every thg getting worst

Hi friend, I understand you are finding it difficult to cope up with the present situation. Am sure the feeling of being called “Mummy “ will soon make you feel proud also . I think it’s difficult for everyone to accept changes in life., and that is adjustment .

Post delivery there are some natural mood changes. But at times things worsen and take the shape of post partum depression or psychosis. You are the only care taker of the child as you have told so you should immediately seek professional help of a psychiatrist
