Depression anxiety
I have depression anxiety problem from past 3 years. I delivered baby girl 30 jan who is preterm born one month before due date. During pregnancy i was taking Clonotril 0.5mg and imipramine 25 mg until 45th day of my pregnancy, after that i am taking only one and half tablet of imipramine 25 mg tablet. Now after delivery i feel really very low, also sometimes i have a fear i may harm my baby. This thinking is killing me. I have a fear how am going to grow my child with this feeling. To try new medicine or to increase dose i have a fear that may harm baby because am breastfeeding. Please tell me what can i do now
