Depression anxitey / delivered baby
I delivered a baby two months ago via c section. From 2019 I am taking depression anxiety medication. During pregnancy also i was in medication ( one and half tablet of imipramine 25 mg). Now am breastfeeding. Most of the times i feel something will happen to my baby or I will do something to her. Sometimes i feel i can't grow her with this feeling. I need to keep her away from me. Why am feeling like this? I don't have support from my family also. How can i overcome these feelings? It's really killing me. To add or try new medication I have a fear, the side effects will be horrible. Please help me. Can i increase imipramine to 50mg?
