Worried about my health and my baby
I delivered my  baby boy via c-section born healthy no birth defects 3kgs weight 38 weeks gestation..but throught out my pregnancy it's not a easy journey i took lot of stress due to health anxiety I have no diabetes and blood pressure in my pregnancy but I have white coat syndrome...now my baby is 3 months old I am worried about his health because recently I have seen that prenatal stress leads to autism ,adhd,sexual orientation,bipolar disorder nd many other health complications please let me know about this try to relieve my anxiety

Having Anxiety during pregnancy is not uncommon. Early attachment especially in the first few years of infants often determines his/her personality, attachment style and many more, this is very important to address anxiety issues.
