Usually preterm babies catch up with the development normally. You seem to be anxious because your baby was born preterm.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to visit a pediatrician. He will make you understand the development process of your baby. which will help you relieve your anxiety.

Please understand that no two babies will develop exactly the same way . An average baby can hold his head while lying on stomach at 3 months but nature has given them amazing ability to catch-up in most cases . You must enquire from a Pediatrician about the developmental status
