Yes your thought process point towards a possible mood/anxiety episode. However for a definite opinion a detailed evaluation is needed. Without evaluation nothing definite can be said. If it's depression( in true medical sense , and not just used by the people in general) treatment options depend on the severity of the episode. Usually medications are the mainstay of the treatment. Mild episodes can be managed by psychotherapies. However don't close your mind to treatment options before a detailed evaluation. Anyone promising you cures and improvement without even evaluating you in detail, I would say stay away from them.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation
Health Tips
do not delay. it might only exacerbate the problem

Due to lockdown its vey natural for people to get into depression and a personality like yours is at higher risk. Hello, I understand you are feeling stressed. I feel a lot of things have built up inside over a period of time. The best way is to vent it out. I suggest you meet up with a psychiatrist. He/she will evaluate you for any psychological illness and suggest appropriate treatment.
