Over Thinking
I don't really know what this is, but mostly people around me said that it was due to "Over Thinking". Since Covid-19, sometimes I find myself in a panic and don't know what I am doing or what to do specially when commute/Car Pool from Cavite to Makati (Vice Versa) and Traffic. During that time, I feel a lot of things... like, dizziness/ tummy aches(urge for bowels)/ want to vomit and etc. I would like to know if what this is for insights, as much as I want to go for check-up... my funds wouldn't be able to... (maybe after this Pandemic, whenever given the chance) Thank you very much for the help!

Is this happening only during this pandemic or used to happen before too? Could be due to a variety of reasons ranging from hot stuffy car due to avoidance of AC ( if it's a cab), relative oxygen deficiency due to constant use of masks, anxiety or a combination of multiple reasons. Systematic evaluation to delineate the cause is needed.
Next Steps
contact a psychiatrist for evaluation.
Health Tips
try practicing mindfulness and diaphragmatic breathing during these journeys. that can be a good practice to start with

To exactly say it’s anxiety and stress we need to have detail look into ur mental state without which it would be difficult to comment upon
