Can talk to dead people

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi I can talk to dead people. I can see them like normal people and cannot distinguish between dead and the living. I even cross verified some of the things they told me and it was correct. I don't know what to do.I told this to some if my friends and nobody is believing me. Is it some kind of schristsophenia or something? Do I need treatment!
